Аннотация. Рынок образовательных услуг напрямую связан со стремительно меняющимся рынком труда, поэтому он также должен своевременно отвечать всем стоящим перед ним вызовам. Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена тем, что в обществе всё чаще поднимается вопрос о ведении карьерной траектории обучающихся образовательных учреждений, дальнейшем трудоустройстве выпускников, о мерах, способствующих закреплению специалистов за определенными предприятиями и организациями. Исследований по данной теме наблюдается немало, но показатели этого вопроса динамичные, поэтому научная проблема требует регулярного обновления и раскрытия. Цель данной статьи – на примере Белгородского государственного национального исследовательского университета (НИУ «БелГУ») продемонстрировать выработанный процесс взаимодействия вуза с работодателями по вопросу содействия выпускникам университета в трудоустройстве, что способствует снижению проблем разбалансированности спроса и предложения на рынке труда. Научные работы в данном направлении ведут к поиску решения проблемы дисбаланса между спросом и предложением труда.

Abstract. The market of educational services is directly related to the rapidly changing labor market, so it must also promptly respond to all the challenges it faces. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that in recent years the society has increasingly raised the issue of maintaining a career path for students of educational institutions, further employment of graduates, and measures that contribute to securing specialists for certain enterprises and organizations. There is a lot of research on this topic, but the indicators of this issue are dynamic, so the scientific problem requires regular updating and disclosure. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate, using the example of the Belgorod State National Research University (NRU «BelSU»), the developed process of interaction between the university and employers on the issue of assisting university graduates in finding employment, which helps to reduce the problems of imbalance in supply and demand in the labor market. Scientific works in this direction lead to the search for a solution to the problem of imbalance between labor demand and supply.
