Abstract: The article presents the possibilities of using modeling in the development of subjectivity of undergraduate students in the university environment. The mechanism of the formation of scientific and creative potential as a condition for the development and self-development of the subjectivity of undergraduate students is revealed. The authors designed a conceptual model of the formation of masters as subjects of scientific, educational and scientific-pedagogical activity. To test the model and technology, the methods of experiment, interrogation and unincluded observation were applied. It is revealed that in the scientific and educational environment of the university the subjective scientific and creative potential of undergraduate students is poorly used. The master’s program of the university does not fully contribute to the self-development of student’s subjectivity. It has been proved experimentally that the organization of a subject-oriented educational environment contributes to the stimulation of the scientific and creative potential of undergraduates and contributes to the self-development of their scientific and educational subjectivity. The work is of interest for the design of modern master’s education at the university.

Аннотация: В статье представлены возможности использования моделирования в развитии субъектности студентов-магистрантов в среде университета. Раскрыт механизм формирования наукотворческого потенциала как условия развития и саморазвития субъектности студентов-магистрантов. Авторами спроектирована концептуальная модель формирования магистров как субъектов научно-образовательной и научно-педагогической деятельности. Для апробации модели и технологии применены методы эксперимента, опроса и невключенного наблюдения. Выявлено, что в научной и образовательной среде университета слабо используется субъектный наукотворческий потенциал студентов-магистрантов. Магистратура университета не в полной мере способствует саморазвитию субъектности студента. Опытно-экспериментальным путем доказано, что организация субъектно-ориентированной образовательной среды способствует активизации наукотворческого потенциала магистрантов и содействует саморазвитию их научно-образовательной субъектности. Работа представляет интерес для проектирования современного магистерского образования в университете.
