Аннотация. Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью эффективного оценивания, измерения компетентности специалиста, основанной на непрерывной оценке его развития. В педагогической науке и практике отсутствует технология оценки уровня сформированности профессиональной компетентности выпускника технического ВУЗа, позволяющая использовать её как важнейший элемент целостной структуры управления качеством образования. Цель исследования: провести анализ компетентностного подхода в высшем образовании и разработать педагогически обоснованную технологию оценки уровня сформированности компетентности выпускника технического университета. Объектом исследования является подготовка кадров в высших учебных заведениях. Предметом — оценка уровня сформированности профессиональной компетентности выпускника технического ВУЗа с применением цифровых технологий. Задачи исследования: провести анализ исходного состояния проблемы сформированности компетентности выпускника технического ВУЗа; выявить пробелы в изученности проблемы исследования; систематизировать существующие подходы к оценке уровня сформированности профессиональной компетентности студентов технических ВУЗов. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в совершенствование стратегии развития университетов и имеют важное прикладное значение для модернизации российского образования.

Abstract. The relevance of the article is due to the need for effective assessment, measurement of a specialist’s competence, based on a continuous assessment of his/ her development. There is no technology for assessing the level of formation of the professional competence of a graduate of a technical university in pedagogical science and practice, which makes it possible to use it as an essential element of an integral structure of education quality management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competence-based approach in higher education and develop a pedagogically grounded own technology for assessing the level of competence formation of a graduate of a technical university. The object of the research is the training of personnel in higher educational institutions. The subject is the assessment of the level of formation of the professional competence of a graduate of a technical university. Research objectives: to analyze the initial state of the problem of the competence formation of a graduate of a technical university; to identify gaps in the knowledge of the research problem; to systematize the existing approaches to assessing the level of professional competence of students of technical universities; to propose a technology for assessing the level of formation of professional competence of a graduate of a technical university, allowing it to be used as an essential element of an integral structure of education quality management. The research results contribute to the improvement of the universities’ developmental strategy, and are of great applied importance for the modernization of Russian education.
