Аннотация. Актуальность статьи обусловлена важностью выявления и проявления инновационного потенциала как условия интеллектуализации образования в вузе, нацеленного на развитие интеллектуальной культуры личности обучающихся педагогических направлений подготовки бакалавриата. Инновационные ориентиры развития образования отражает запросы и целевые ориентиры как отдельного человека, так и общества в целом; в настоящее время процесс создания инновационной среды и формирование национальной инновационной системы являются приоритетной задачей государственного уровня. Цель статьи заключается в раскрытии ключевых сущностных положений педагогической деятельности в условиях инновационных процессов образовательного пространства общества знаний. Проведенный анализ литературных источников позволил раскрыть преобразующую установку инновационной деятельности в процессе реформирования российской системы образования при реализации стратегий интеллектуализации образования. Раскрыта сущность феноменов «инновация», «новация» и «новшество» с позиции экономики и социально-философских наук о человеке; обозначены задачи и закономерности педагогической инноватики; дано объяснение инновации как феномена культуры, отождествляемого с творчеством, и фактора личностного саморазвития специалиста при активизации и мобилизации внутренних резервов. Статья предназначена для работников системы образования, исследователей социально-экономических и психолого-педагогических аспектов развития интеллектуальной культуры личности и общества.

Abstract. The relevance of the article is caused due to the importance of identifying and manifesting the innovative potential for the intellectualization of university education aimed at fostering the personal intellectual culture in undergraduate pedagogical students. The innovative guidelines for the development of education reflect the requests and targets of every individual and the whole society; at present, the process of creating an innovation environment and the formation of a national innovation system are priorities task at the state level. The purpose of the article is to reveal the key essential principles of pedagogical activity in the conditions of innovative processes in the educational environment of the knowledge society. The conducted analysis of the literary sources made it possible to reveal the transformative function of innovative activity in the process of reforming the Russian education system in the implementation of strategies for the intellectualization of education. The meaning of the phenomena “innovation”, “novation” and “novelty” is revealed from the standpoint of economics and socio-philosophical sciences about human; the objectives and principles of pedagogical innovation are indicated; the definitions of innovation as a cultural phenomenon that is identified with creativity and a factor of personal self-development of a specialist in the activation and mobilization of internal potential are proposed. The article is intended for employees of the education system, researchers of socio-economic and psychological-pedagogical aspects of fostering personal and social intellectual.
