Аннотация. Актуальность статьи обусловлена наличием проблемы негативного факторного влияния на личность преподавателей военных вузов и их профессиональную деятельность, и, как следствие, формированием профессиональной деформации. Цель статьи заключается в изучении сущности и структурных аспектов профессиональной деформации преподавателей военных вузов. Раскрыта сущностьвоенно-педагогической деятельности преподавателей военных вузов, заключающаяся в строгой иерархии взаимодействий, субординации отношений и коммуникаций, высокой ответственности за воспитание и профессиональную подготовку будущих военных специалистов. Выделены признаки (характеристики) проявления профессиональной деформации преподавателей военных вузов. Уточнено понятие «профессиональная деформация преподавателей военных вузов». Представлена структурная организация профессиональной деформации преподавателей военных вузов. Определены критерии и показатели профессиональной деформации преподавателей военных вузов. Предложена разработка программы педагогической профилактики профессиональной деформации преподавателей военных вузов.

Abstract. The relevance of the article is due to the presence of a negative influence on the personality of teachers from military universities and their professional activity and, as, consequence, forming of professional deformation. The purpose of the article is to study the essence and structural aspects of professional deformation of teachers from military university. Essence of the military and pedagogical activity of teachers from military university is revealed, consisting of strict hierarchy of interactions, subordination of relationships and communications, high responsibility for bringing up and processional preparation future military specialists. Signs (characteristics) of occurrence of the professional deformation of teachers from military university were outlined. The term «professional deformation of teachers from military university» is clarified. Structural organization of professional deformation of teachers from military university is presented. Criteria and indicators of professional deformation of teachers from military university are defined. Development of a program of pedagogical prevention of professional deformation of teachers from military university is offered.
