Аннотация. Анализ функционирования военных вузов свидетельствует, что одним из ведущих критериев подготовки будущего офицера выступает не только его способность к воспроизведению полученных компетенций в профессиональной деятельности, но и готовность проявлять творчество, получать новые знания о себе, мире, профессии. Поэтому высшее военное образование сегодня ориентировано на развитие творческих, исследовательских возможностей курсантов, их способности к использованию научных основ организации всех видов военно-профессиональной деятельности. Статья посвящена одному из аспектов формирования и развития исследовательской культуры будущего офицера – организации педагогического мониторинга за данным процессом. Авторами рассматриваются теоретико-методические аспекты организации педагогического мониторинга развития исследовательской культуры курсантов. Статья предназначена для преподавателей и научных сотрудников военных вузов, адъюнктов и соискателей ученой степени.

Abstract. An analysis of the functioning of military universities indicates that one of the leading criteria for the training of a future officer is not only his ability to reproduce the acquired competencies in professional activities, but also his readiness to show creativity, receive new knowledge about himself, the world, and the profession. Therefore, higher military education today is focused on the development of the creative, research capabilities of cadets, their ability to use the scientific foundations of organizing all types of military professional activities. The article is devoted to one of the aspects of the formation and development of the research culture of the future officer – the organization of pedagogical monitoring of this process. The authors consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of organizing pedagogical monitoring of the development of the research culture of cadets. The article is intended for teachers and researchers of military universities, adjuncts and applicants for the degree.
