Аннотация. Статья посвящена вопросам изучения токсичного сознания человека и его психологического здоровья, разрушение которого возможно вследствие внутренней несбалансированности личности. Актуальность проблематики обусловлена дискуссионностью рассматриваемого вопроса и обоснованностью использования понятия «токсичное сознание». Цель статьи заключается в анализе понятий «токсичное сознание» и «психологическое здоровье личности», прослеживании взаимосвязи между ними. Раскрыто содержание понятий «сознание», «токсичность», «психологическое здоровье», определено их взаимовлияние. Авторами сформулировано понятие «токсичное сознание». Токсичное сознание понимается как мыслительный процесс, при котором внутренним негативным монологом, отягощённом гневом, обидами, раздражением, личность разрушает себя, ухудшая свое физическое и психологическое самочувствие. Предложена классификация признаков токсичного сознания. Приведены результаты опроса представителей образовательной сферы деятельности. Выявлено, что общение с людьми с признаками токсичного сознания может приводить к обострению хронических заболеваний и появлению новых, понижению жизненной активности личности, невозможности целе-и смыслообразования, депрессивным либо агрессивным тенденциям. Перспективным направлением может быть изучение личностных границ человека в контексте токсических отношений.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of studying the toxic consciousness of a personality and his psychological health, the destruction of which is possible due to the internal imbalance of the personality. The relevance of the issue is due to the disputable character of the issue under consideration and the validity of using the concept of «toxic consciousness». The purpose of the article is to analyze the concepts of «toxic consciousness» and «psychological health of the individual», tracing the relationship between them. The content of the concepts of «consciousness», «toxicity», «psychological health» have been revealed, and their mutual influence has been determined. The authors defined the term «toxic consciousness». Toxic consciousness is understood as a thinking process in which by way of an internal negative monologue, burdened with anger, resentment, irritation, a person destroys himself, worsening his physical and psychological well-being. Proposed here is the classification of features of toxic consciousness based on the results of a survey of representatives of the educational field of activity. The results of questionnaire for representatives of educational sphere are presented. It was revealed that communication with the people with the features of toxic consciousness can lead to exacerbation of chronic diseases and the emergence of the new ones, as well as a decrease in the life activities of the individual, the impossibility of goal and meaning formation, depressive or aggressive tendencies. The study of a personality boundaries of an individual in the context of toxic relationships may be a promising area of investigation.
